Salnick Law, P.A. is doing everything necessary to comply with all directives as a result of the Coronavirus Pandemic.
Orders have been issued by various Chief Judges in the different jurisdictions in which we practice. We are aware of all current announcements and will keep you advised of everything. This is a difficult and trying time for everyone, and ask that you all be safe and careful.
Because of the nature of our practice, Salnick Law, P.A. remains open and available 24/7 as always. Each of you can contact us at the office or on our cell phones at any time. We are still seeing clients, appearing in court when necessary, and, as always, continue to do everything we can to protect your rights. If anyone is uncomfortable and wishes to see one of our attorneys via skype or by a telephone conference, we will accommodate your wishes.
Our limitations on entering jail facilities will be governed by their particular rules and restrictions. We continue to work on your cases, investigate, and get ready for trial where applicable.
Many of the courts in which we practice, in Palm Beach County, statewide, and around the country are limiting court hearings and matters for a number of weeks. No one will be penalized for missing a court hearing on any client we represent and we will make sure you are covered.
There is much on the internet and in news sources about how things have been modified in the criminal justice system. Some of this is confusing. Please call if you have any questions.
We remain committed to protecting our clients and defending their rights. We are here, available, and will continue to be throughout this process.
