Jack Fuchs is a seasoned Criminal Defense Lawyer who has been practicing Criminal Law for over 22 years.
After graduating Cum Laude from the University of Miami, School of Law, Jack served as an Assistant State Attorney at the Palm Beach County State Attorney’s Office. As an Assistant State Attorney, he has prosecuted all types of misdemeanor and felony offenses.
Jack's trial skills earned him a position in the specialized Traffic Homicide Division. There he concentrated on DUI manslaughter, vehicular homicide and boating fatality cases. Jack also worked closely with the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office, Florida Highway Patrol and other local law enforcement agencies. Through his relationship with these agencies, Jack acquired specialized knowledge in accident reconstruction. He was appointed by the Governor to prosecute conflict traffic homicide cases throughout South Florida.
Since leaving the office of the State Attorney, Jack has focused on defending individuals charged with criminal conduct. In private practice, Jack has successfully defended many DUI Manslaughter and Vehicular Homicide cases. He is a member of the trial bar associations for the Southern District of Florida and the District of Colorado, and he has been admitted Pro Hac Vice in the States of Pennsylvania and Maryland.
In addition to practicing law, Jack also serves the Florida legal community an educator. For over ten years as a Professor of Law, Jack hastaught aspiring attorneys courtroom techniques, rules of evidence, and constitutional law.
