Jack Fuchs is a veteran trial lawyer who has been practicing Criminal Law for over 25 years.
After graduating Cum Laude from the University of Miami, School of Law, Jack served as an Assistant State Attorney with the Palm Beach County, Florida State Attorney’s Office. As an Assistant State Attorney, he has prosecuted all types of misdemeanor and felony offenses.
Jack's trial skills earned him a position in the specialized Traffic Homicide Division, where he concentrated on DUI manslaughter, vehicular homicide and boating fatality cases. He worked closely with the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office, Florida Highway Patrol and other local law enforcement agencies. Through his experience, Jack acquired specialized knowledge in accident reconstruction. He was appointed by the Governor to prosecute conflict traffic homicide cases throughout South Florida. He has used those skills in private practice and is often consulted because of this expertise.
Since leaving the office of the State Attorney, Jack has focused on defending individuals charged with criminal conduct. In private practice, Jack has successfully defended many DUI Manslaughter and Vehicular Homicide cases. He is a member of the trial bar associations for the Southern District of Florida and the District of Colorado, and has been admitted Pro Hac Vice in Pennsylvania, Maryland, North Carolina, New Jersey, Georgia and Colorado.
In addition to practicing law, Jack has also served the Florida legal community an educator. For over ten years as a Professor of Law, Jack has taught aspiring attorneys courtroom techniques, rules of evidence, and constitutional law.
His skills in the courtroom have earned him a reputation as a detailed and precision oriented trial attorney. He has been recognized for his expertise in pretrial motion practice. Jack spends hours with clients in preparation making sure they understand every aspect of their case.

Jack recently tried a sexual assault case in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Notwithstanding the verdict, Jack pursued a post trial investigation and learned of misconduct on the part of law enforcement and the alleged victim. After multiple post trial hearings, Jack convinced the trial judge to throw out the conviction and order a new trial.
